On time, excellent service from Fred. From initial booking to the service call, I had clear and current communication from the Water Wise Plumbing team. Fred was very friendly and gracious when I asked all kinds of plumbing questions. We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process. I would contact them again in the future for any similar work I needed. Great job by Water Wise.

I am not really one to give reviews but Fred and Water Wise Plumbing has been the #1 company I have ever worked with! They have taken care of our Backflow testing for a few years now and always quick to respond to my call, schedule and complete the work with easy billing and the best part is they are a family business so Freds wife runs the office and has always been a pleasure to work with!

Fred Jr. and crew did an excellent job in a total repipe of my 2800sqft home, including installing a whole-house filtration system. Having been a plumber for 35 yrs, I know good work like soldering, etc. Water Wise did a quality job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I used this company when I remodeled my master bath and kitchen in my house. I’ve since then used them in another bathroom. The Water Wise folks have always done a great job for me. They have done several repairs for me and it's always been a great experience. Despite a late afternoon call for service, Fred from Water Wise came about an hour later and quickly resolved our issue. Had he not done so we would have been without water with three small children, so the service made a huge difference for us. Thank you!Update: We have used Waterwise for several additional calls since the initial one described above, including for installation of a new recirculating tankless water heater, and for work on a new gas line, and they have always provided exceptional service for a reasonable price.

Fred was extremely professional and friendly. He fixed my clogged toilet promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. He also advised on treatments to prevent this problem from recurring and gave me advice on how to apply those treatments.He was also kind to my small children and pets, which was just above and beyond.

I have been using Water Wise Plumbing for several years for everything from clogged drains to installing a water heater.The have always been reliable about keeping appointments and the quality of their work is exceptional.Their pricing is fair, though not the cheapest. We had a slab leak and I hired Water Wise to complete the repairs. We later decided to have them repipe our entire house as it was our second major water leak. Fred and team are very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job with the repairs and the repipe and the pricing was very competitive.
