Camera Inspections
Plumbing camera inspection technology allows for a simple and effective way to properly diagnose plumbing problems. A camera inspection is performed with a piece of equipment known as a plumbing video camera. The camera is attached to a drain snake-type device and fed into the plumbing pipe. These guys were recommended to me by my neighbor, who is also a plumber (which you know is a good sign) and I have to say I was really impressed! They arrived quickly, and my technician, Rida, was excellent. He assessed the issue and discussed a few options and clearly defined the work involved as well as the pricing for each of the options. I highly recommend Fred & Water Wise Plumbing. We had a two part project of rough-in plumbing and final install of a free standing tub in our master bathroom. For the estimate appointment and both service appointments, Fred was timely, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. He was meticulous in his work and in keeping the work space clean (no stray caulk all over the new tile, etc.). I know he did the job well & he did the job right. He and his team noted other potential problems with our water heater, giving us a new estimate and timeline for when the problem should be addressed. They even fixed a leaky hose connection for free because it needed to be done. His pricing is very fair and appropriate for the excellent work. I just wanted to say thank you to Fred and his team! We had a problem with our pipes and most places quoted us to repipe. We called Water Wise to see what their opinion was and we were blown away at how much effort Fred put into our home. It was a very hot day and Fred walked back and forth and all over the house to fix our problem.
