The company came out when they said they would. Prices were reasonable. Fred was a master plumber; friendly and efficient! The only thing that was confusing was the online booking for the appointment. When I booked I thought that my water main leak would be fixed the day of my appointment, but that was just an assessment appointment. The website wasn’t clear on that point. Overall, a great experience.

We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process. We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process.
