Desiree was very patient and helpful. I am fortunate that a friend recommended this company. I had to reschedule twice because the part was delayed from the manufacturer.My insurance company demanded I install a water shut off device or they would cancel my insurance. They only gave my three months to research products and complete the installation.When the part finally arrived, Desiree scheduled me for the following day. Fred showed up and did the installation the same day.Come to find out, the part I ordered was the wrong size and I also needed a new shutoff valve because my original one no longer worked. Fred immediately went to their supplier to get the correct size parts. He returned in 15 minutes and completed the job within the hour. So fast, knowledgeable and professional.I am so blessed to finally find a plumber that does not overcharge women and actually does work correctly the first time.Thank you Desiree and Fred. Several years ago I needed a plumber, as I thought I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom. I called a plumber recommended on --- and by phone he told me he would need to cut a hole in the wall downstairs where the problem was visible, and then he would need to XXXXX ( I forget exactly, as it was a long time ago) but it sounded like a big messy deal . I asked him who would repair the wall, and he said well I would have to get a drywall person in to repair. I was so uncomfortable with his prognosis that I declined this plumber.I asked a friend of mine if she knew a good plumber and a friend of hers recommended Water Wise Plumbing. What a blessing!!! They assessed the problem I had and, using logic, measurements, plumbing knowledge, said the problem was not my plumbing but a leak in my roof.They were right!!!Well, since then they are my go-to people for any plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, they were just here clearing out a clogged line, and I might add they didn’t shine me on, they took care of it within an hour from my call. We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. Several years ago I needed a plumber, as I thought I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom. I called a plumber recommended on --- and by phone he told me he would need to cut a hole in the wall downstairs where the problem was visible, and then he would need to XXXXX ( I forget exactly, as it was a long time ago) but it sounded like a big messy deal . I asked him who would repair the wall, and he said well I would have to get a drywall person in to repair. I was so uncomfortable with his prognosis that I declined this plumber.I asked a friend of mine if she knew a good plumber and a friend of hers recommended Water Wise Plumbing. What a blessing!!! They assessed the problem I had and, using logic, measurements, plumbing knowledge, said the problem was not my plumbing but a leak in my roof.They were right!!!Well, since then they are my go-to people for any plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, they were just here clearing out a clogged line, and I might add they didn’t shine me on, they took care of it within an hour from my call. We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process.
